Amy Stone is an artist living and working in Birmingham, Alabama. Her work is very intuitive and draws from her connections to nature, to faith, and to story—and the way those things intersect. She doesn’t plan her pieces but instead lets gestural mark making lead, each mark determining the next. When not working, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, drinking wine on porches with good friends, and watching all the BBC mini series she can find.
